After harvesting evidence that BP published core documents with misrepresentations about its IEP, OMS, and OSRP, as well as its clean-up efforts of the Deepwater Horizon explosion and related oil spill, Plaintiff issued a Fresh as Amended Statement of Claim.  Importantly, Plaintiff now focuses on when BP was a “reporting issuer” under the relevant provincial securities act until January 13, 2009.  The action is styled as Kaynes v.
