Andrew Morganti Speaks to The Bar Association of San Francisco

On Wednesday, January 27, 2016  Andrew Morganti will be a speaker at The Bar Association of San Francisco’s panel entitled International Recovery Strategies for Foreign Investments, Post-Morrison. Mr. Morganti and other notable speakers from around the United States and Europe will discuss recent developments in the expansion of collective actions outside the United States, the role of litigation funding in international actions, and whether pursuing recoveries abroad is worthwhile.
