Biography

Jonathan Bradford is an associate with the Firm’s Toronto office practicing in the Securities & Investor Protection Group. Prior to joining Berger Montague, Jon practiced in plaintiff side class action litigation in diverse areas of law, including consumer protection, institutional negligence, employment law, product liability and employment law. Jon has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario as well as the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta.

Jon obtained his law degree from Western University, where he volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada and Neighbourhood Legal Services (London & Middlesex) and was a staff editor on the Western Journal of Legal Studies. Jon is also an instructor of undergraduate commercial law courses at Nipissing University. Jon is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
