Law Office of Andrew Morganti, JD, LL.M. announces that the Amended Statement of Claim against BP p.l.c. was issued

After harvesting evidence that BP published core documents with misrepresentations about its IEP, OMS, and OSRP, as well as its clean-up efforts of the Deepwater Horizon explosion and related oil spill, Plaintiff issued a Fresh as Amended Statement of Claim.  Importantly, Plaintiff now focuses on when BP was a “reporting issuer” under the relevant provincial securities act until January 13, 2009.  The action is styled as Kaynes v. BP, p.l.c., CV-12-00467836-00CP (J. Conway).
