Biography
Albert has over two decades of professional experience as an investment advisor and lawyer. Albert worked at Nesbitt Burns while in business school and graduated with distinction from law school with a common law degree in English and a civil law degree in French. He is a Certified Investment Manager and Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute.
Albert’s passion is to bring securities class actions against corporate wrongdoers in Canada and the United States. Previously, Albert was a managing partner of Morganti & Co., P.C. (2018-2022), one of the most influential shareholder protection litigation law firms in Canada at the time. Before that, Albert prosecuted insider trading and market manipulation cases for the Ontario Securities Commission, and ran a fraud recovery practice at a large Canadian law firm.
